Ferranti Computer Systems specialises in ICT solutions for industrial, transport, energy and utility companies. It counts over 100 employees and branches in Belgium and the Netherlands. Ferranti was set up in 1976 and has been a part of the Dutch Nijkerk Group since 1994. 

 

Assessment

Ferranti Computer Systems is looking for a partner to develop its corporate brand. The logo has been the same ever since the start of the company and the marketing and communication tools are also out-of-date. Moreover, the style lacks consistency.

 

Strategy and approach

This is the story of a long term relationship. In 2001, Lemento starts to work on the Ferranti corporate branding assignment. We create a logo and a corporate identity, translating it to stationery, templates and website. In the years to come we are also responsible for all marketing communication: adverts, brochures, show material, event invitations,…

 

Follow-up

As a visual identity, too, is constantly evolving, Lemento addresses website and brochures again in 2007. We renew the look & feel and also implement it. The Ferranti site is one of the first Belgian corporate websites to go live with MS Office Sharepoint 2007 as a content management system. Lemento creates the design and also the Sharepoint templates and style sheets.
