The Belgian Construction Confederation is the employers' organisation for the construction sector and represents more than 15,000 Belgian construction companies. It defends their interests at a local, regional, federal and international level. Via its three regional confederations (Vlaamse Confederatie Bouw (Flanders Construction Confederation), Confederatie Bouw Brussel-Hoofdstad (Brussels City Construction Confederation), Confédération Construction Wallonne (Wallonia Construction Confederaton)), 19 local confederations and 17 professional associations, it provides information, advice, promotion, training and tailor-made support for all building suppliers.
Problem
The main problem for The Belgian Construction Confederation is visibility in online and offline communication. Also there is a lack of uniformity in the communication tools of all local and regional confederations. The organisation has not yet succeeded in getting all independent confederations to communicate in the same visual manner.
Solution
Lemento begins by developing a new brand identity, where the key elements such as name and logo remained unchanged. The brand associations which Lemento adds to the DNA of the brand include professionalism, dynamism and modernity. Lemento pays particular attention to the scalability of the logo in order to maximum visibility of the organisation for event sponsorship and signing. To ensure that all local confederations can easily take over this style, Lemento develops a set of brand guidelines and a number of designer packages. The brand is back in pole-position.
