The Source
Delivering value added purchasing and supply services
The Source is a consulting agency specialised in purchasing, logistics and supply chain management. The agency also provides coaching, assessment and training. The source was set up in 2002 by Marc Van Obberghen and Jan Borré, two experienced purchasing managers.
Assessment
The enterprise has already outgrown the start-up phase, but the identity hasn’t evolved. The challenge: position The Source in the market as a professional, reliable and experienced partner. Differentiating from the other players on the market is crucial.
Strategy and approach
The tagline “Supplying results” Lemento chooses to explicitly emphasize the result oriented nature of The Source. The accompanying logo expresses focus and precision. The four squares symbolise the “thinking out of the box” concept. Lemento develops a visual identity with stationery, templates, a corporate brochure and a website.
